Registration to the Conferences must be made sending the Conference Registration Form and remittance of payment (by mail, fax, e-mail) directly to:

Registration will be accepted on line before JUNE 24, 2008. After this date, registration must be made ON THE CONFERENCE SITE at the registration desk (payment by cash or check can be accepted).
The registration fee includes: admission to the scientific events, coffee breaks, the Get Together and a copy of the proceedings. Please notice that the banquet is not included.

* A letter from the scientific supervisor stating the PhD or post-Doc status must be submitted with the registration form.
**A self-service restaurant is available on the conference venue. This is the only facility available on the island.

Payment of Registration Fees
Registration Fees should be made payable to ADHOC 2008 and must be in EURO currency. Payments must be made, without charges for the beneficiary, as follows:

Cash or check payments are allowed only for on-site registrations and must be in EURO.
Cancellation and Refunds
Request for refunds will be honored only until June 15, 2008 and will be subject to an unrefundable processing fee of 50 EUROS.
