Registration

Registration will be possible from March 1st 2008. The registration fee includes ammission to the scientific events, coffee breaks,  the Reception meeting, a copy of the proceedings and accomodation. Payment via major credit cards will be accepted.

For late registration (after June 30th) a surcharge of 100 EURO will be applied.
Reimbursement of registration fees will be possible on request until August 15th.

Please notice that the banquet is included.

Conference registration fees

Regular attendees will be paying 950 euros (1000 if trip to Turin is booked) including registration and accomodation for the whole duration. Ph.d. students and post-docs will be paying a substantially reduced fee of 500 euro, covering also accomodation in S. Servolo. Travel grants may be awarded upon request.

The following table summarizes the requested fees. It should be noticed that September is high tourist season in Venice. Delegates asking for single rooms should be aware that their requests will be covered on a first-come-first serve basis.
