Jason Hallett

Imprerial College London, UK

Dr Jason Hallett is Reader in Sustainable Chemical Technology at Imperial College. He currently focuses on solvent design for reduced environmental impact in chemical processes, including the development of cost-effective designer solvents (ionic liquids) for large-scale applications such as biorefining. These solvents are lower cost than organic solvents, and capable of targeted separations.
