Jan Ingo Flege

University of Bremen, Germany

Jan Ingo Flege received his PhD in 2004 and completed his habilitation in experimental physics in 2016. His current research focuses on the epitaxial growth and understanding of oxide-semiconductor and oxide-metal hybrid nanostructures and interfaces for microelectronics and heterogeneous catalysis, employing and developing in situ microscopic, diffraction-based and spectroscopic techniques.
