Klaus-Dieter Kreuer

As a Mineralogist by training Klaus-Dieter Kreuer did a PhD in Chemistry (University of Stuttgart, 1979-82). After research stays at the California Institute of Technology (1978) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1983/84) Klaus-Dieter Kreuer built an R&D group for Electrochemical Sensors within a Swiss-German company (Endress & Hauser, 1985-91). His current affiliation is the Max-Planck-Institute for Solid State Research, and he is lecturing (materials science) at the University of Stuttgart.
